You know you’re old when you need to ask a child how to do something on the smartphone. Well, shoot – I’m getting old then, too. Don’t you miss the headsets of yesteryear? If so, this product is for you: Introducing the Retro Corded Headset for a smartphone. It’s got the simple audio jack plug in on one end, and the receiver/speaker end is shaped just like those corded wall-phones I think every home in North America had. Give the gift of nostalgia with the endless selection of retro headsets. Different colors, shapes and sizes will delight any senior citizen, especially those that don’t know how to use smartphones. They’ll still need to “swipe” to answer the call, but after teaching them that simple lesson, they’ll know which side they put their mouth to, and which side to put their ear to. If not, well, you’ll have to help them as the spoiled children and grandchildren that you are. Now, all I’ll have to do is get my grandma to upgrade from that Razr she has to a smartphone, but maybe I’ll just install Skype on her Kindle and have her use that.
